‍5. Payment & Pricing

‍Unless otherwise agreed upon, all projects are billed as fixed-price services. No recurring charges apply unless explicitly agreed in writing. Payments are due upon delivery, unless alternate milestones are agreed upon before project initiation.

‍6. Timelines & Delivery

‍Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the beginning of each project. Delays caused by missing inputs, unclear requirements, or third-party dependencies may result in rescheduling. Clients will be informed promptly of any changes.

‍7. Support & Revisions

‍Each completed project includes limited post-delivery support (e.g., 14 to 30 days), during which reasonable adjustments, minor bug fixes, and onboarding assistance are provided. Major changes or new features may be subject to a separate agreement.

‍8. Limitation of Liability

‍The service provider is not liable for:
● Damages arising from incorrect usage of the bot;
● Loss of data, profit, or business interruption;
● Errors caused by inaccurate or outdated source data provided by the client.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

‍9. Data Security

‍10. Termination

‍Either party may terminate cooperation at any time prior to contract signature. After the project begins, cancellation may incur partial or full fees depending on the work completed.
